Streamline Plumbing Services Referral Rewards Program

Terms & Conditions

The Streamline Plumbing Services Referral Rewards Program ("Referral Program") is our way of thanking our valued customers for recommending our plumbing services to family and friends.

By participating in the Referral Program, both the referring customer and the referred customer agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • The Referral Program is available exclusively to existing Streamline Plumbing Services customers.
  • There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals an existing customer may make.
  • The referring customer must complete and submit the referral form on our website.
  • Upon successful submission of the referral form, the referring customer will receive a unique referral code by email.
  • Each unique referral code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After expiry, a new referral code may be requested by submitting a new referral application.

2. How the Referral Program Works

To qualify for the Referral Program:

  1. The referring customer must provide their unique referral code to the new customer.
  2. The new customer must provide the referral code when booking their plumbing service by:
    • advising us over the phone;
    • sending it via SMS/text message; or
    • entering it into our online booking form.
  3. The referral code must be provided before or at the time the booking is made. Referral codes cannot be added after the booking has been confirmed, the work has commenced, or an invoice has been issued.
  4. Only one referral code may be used per new customer.

3. New Customer Requirements

To qualify as a new customer:

  • The customer must never have previously used Streamline Plumbing Services.
  • The referral must be for a genuine new customer.
  • A referral cannot be made for yourself.
  • A referral cannot be made for any member of the same household or residential address as the referring customer.
  • Streamline Plumbing Services reserves the right to determine whether a customer qualifies as a new customer.

4. Referral Rewards

Reward for the New Customer

  • Eligible new customers will receive a $50.00 discount (including GST) off their first paid plumbing invoice.
  • The total value of the plumbing invoice must be at least $400.00 (including GST) for the referral offer to qualify.
  • The discount is available once only per new customer.
  • The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer unless approved by Streamline Plumbing Services.

Reward for the Referring Customer

  • Once the referred customer has completed the plumbing work and paid their invoice in full, the referring customer will receive a $50 digital gift card.
  • The digital gift card will be emailed to the referring customer within 10–15 business days after full payment of the referred customer's invoice has been received.
  • Gift cards are issued electronically to the email address provided on the referral form.
  • If the referred customer's invoice remains unpaid, is cancelled before payment, or does not otherwise meet these Terms & Conditions, no gift card will be issued.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Referral rewards are only issued after the referred customer's invoice has been paid in full.
  • If a digital gift card has already been issued and the related invoice is subsequently refunded in whole or in part, Streamline Plumbing Services reserves the right to recover the value of the referral rewards, including the value of the gift card and the referral discount.
  • Streamline Plumbing Services reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards where fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Referral Program is suspected.

6. General Conditions

  • Referral rewards are only payable where all eligibility requirements and these Terms & Conditions have been satisfied.
  • Streamline Plumbing Services reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral.
  • Referrals that are fraudulent, duplicated, misleading, self-referred, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of this Referral Program may be rejected.
  • Referral rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Changes to the Referral Program

Streamline Plumbing Services reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
